LAUNCH CAMP ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS

If your child has not attended LAUNCH before but you feel they would be a good fit, please contact us at launch@wlu.ca to initiate the application process. You will need to submit at least one of the following:

• A copy of your child’s psychoeducational assessment

• An IPRC recommendation for gifted services

• A completed supplemental application survey.

If your child has attended LAUNCH in the past, or if you have applied and been accepted, you may continue with the registration. In order to register your child for a LAUNCH summer camp, you must complete BOTH the payment process via the Course Store (where you are now), as well as fill out the camper information form.

REGISTRATION

If you are registering more than one child, please pay for each camper separately. Use their individual name at check out (and not the parent name) so we can match this payment with their online form. After the Course Store payment is complete, you will need to input your order number (found on the confirmation page and in a confirmation email) into the camper information form in order to link registrations.

CAMP INFORMATION

Closer to camp, in June you will be emailed an information package with instructions such as parking, drop off and pick up procedures, what to bring and more. 

All camps are held in the Bricker Academic Building on the Waterloo campus.
